Work from home
Save hundreds of dollars in gas and car repair. Skip your commute which is essentially an hour or more a day of unpaid work. Work from your couch. Spend time with your children. Let the plumber in. Deduct part of your home expenses on your taxes. Once you experience the savings and comfort of working from your own home, you will never have it any other way.
Choose your own hours
Are you a mom who wants to work part-time? Are you a 60 hour per week work-a-holic? You tell us how many hours you want to work and when you want to work them. Why arbitrarily be stuck with 40? Choose your own hours each day. Work the days of the week that you prefer. Work long Thursdays and short Fridays. It is up to you.
Unlimited vacation
There is no limit to the amount of unpaid vacation you are allowed to take, provided that you give proper notice. We'll even arrange to even out your compensation to allow for a "paid" vacation if that makes you more comfortable.
We respect your preferences for travel and overtime
Have you ever had a job that promised you wouldn't have to travel or work weekends, and it didn't take them past the first week to show they had no intention of keeping that promise? We put your preferences for travel and overtime in your contract. We cannot legally break that promise. We do offer bonus pay for those who voluntarily work certain holidays.
Be your own boss
We are not your boss; we are your client. You will receive assignments from project managers, who will then critique the quality of the work you return, which will lead to increased bids for your work in the future. Sounds like a client, right? We don't see the benefit of unproductive management making you feel uncomfortable.
Be rewarded for results
If you do good work, we will pay you more. We don't judge you by arbitrary "core values" which don't actually translate into doing your job. Be appreciated for doing real work and be paid for it.
Choose your own benefits package
Let's be honest, those benefits employers throw at you are not free. They reduce your salary to pay for those benefits. By default, we don't offer benefits, just more money, so that you can buy benefits that fit your needs from the providers you prefer. If you just want to take the pay cut and get them from us, we can do that too.
Get paid well and promptly
In addition to offering some of the highest salaries in the business, we will pay you weekly and within 1 business day of the week's end. Start work for us on Monday, and get a full week's paycheck 1 week later. Who else is offering you that?
Everyone gets a 1 month severance package
Most employers want you to give 2 weeks notice before you leave, which would be inconvenient for them. However, when they want to get rid of you, which puts your family in financial danger, they give no warning at all. We are standing up and saying that is wrong. We promise everyone that we will give you 1 month notice if we ever decide to let you go, except for severe misconduct. If we don't, we'll just pay you for that month anyway.
