We offer Managed Projects to handle every aspect of your project for you. You just tell us what you need, and we make it happen. You get a no-commitment consultation and estimate for your project. Some projects qualify for a guaranteed price.
How It Works
You start with a no-commitment consultation where we gather your requirements and produce an estimate for the cost and timeline. If do not move forward with the project, you owe nothing and both the Requirements and Estimate documents are yours to keep.
What It Costs
The price is based on Hours * Rate. Some projects offer guaranteed pricing which have a fixed price for the project including design, development, testing, installation, project management, and any other tasks necessary for your project.
All of our products undergo thorough testing to ensure proper operation. Projects with guaranteed prices come with a warranty that if you encounter any errors within 60 days of product delivery, we will fix them free of charge.

How It Works
Schedule time with a technician whenever you need it. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice for the hours you used. It is as simple as that. We will assign team members based on your needs and their qualifications, or you may request specific team members.
What It Costs
The standard price for Hourly Support is $139 per hour. You may prepay for time and receive a 10% discount. Further discounts may be received for extended contracts. Appointments may be as short as 30 minutes. Time is billed in 6 minute increments.
*New customers prepay for the first 8 hours at the 10% discounted rate. After that, monthly invoicing is possible.

What It Costs
You will pay a simple hourly rate based on the experience of your hire. You will be billed for actual hours used at the end of every month. You may choose your minimum weekly hours (40 for example) and the length of your contract, both of which will also affect pricing.

Diagnostic Packages can help answer your questions at a discounted fixed price before you commit to service.
You will receive up to 5 hours of diagnostic time in order to identify the cause of your problem and create an estimate for its repair. If you complete your project, the diagnostic fee will be credited towards your project. If you choose not to proceed further, the diagnostic fee will be considered payment in full with no further commitment.
ON-SITE VS. REMOTE WORK
With On-Site work, can send an expert to your office to meet with your developers, give presentations to your executives, put his hands directly on your hardware, and give you that personal service that only face-time can provide.
With Remote work, our experts can often begin work on your problems the same day. They use their own computers and software, specially tuned for their tasks. With no travel or setup time, they can begin working immediately on your needs. You will have no travel fees to pay, and you may use as little time each day as you like - making the remote option very affordable.
We charge a flat $250 per day per person for overnight travel in order to cover hotels, meals, rental cars, parking, etc. We charge IRS Standard mileage rates for automobile travel and actual costs for airplane travel.
